Shipping & Returns

How our merch is made

Every shirt, hoodie, mug, and tote is printed on demand — made just for you when you order, rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. It's how a small brand avoids waste. It also means production takes a few business days before your order ships.

Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner. Typical timelines are 2–5 business days in production plus carrier transit time, shown at checkout along with the shipping cost. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when it ships.

Returns & exchanges

Damaged, defective, or misprinted? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll replace it or refund you, no fuss.

Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or an ordered-wrong size. Please check the size guide at checkout carefully. If something's wrong with your order in any way, reach out — we'd rather make it right than be technically correct.
